FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery and is intended for treatment of post-trauma deformations of cervical spine. After discectomy and spondilodesis plate is fixed in state of deformation on adjacent to injured vertebra bodies of vertebrae. After that reduction of displaced vertebra is performed by means of compressing screw, whose length, as well as length of its threaded and smooth parts, correspond to morphological dimensions of injured vertebra.
EFFECT: increase of method efficiency due to application of plate as support in restoration of anatomical axis of spine.
