SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical apparatus for application in connection with pneumatically driven instrument contains sewing/cutting mechanism, which can be transferred between unengaged position and actuated position. In different versions of implementation drive system can be installed in handle unit or elongated rod unit and is made with possibility of forcing sewing/cutting mechanism to travel from unengaged position into actuated position in response to gas flow. Gas source is connected with drive system in pneumohydraulic way. Element of travel control is installed with possibility of functioning on handle unit and is connected with drive system to provide indication of movement of sewing/cutting mechanism of pneumatically driven instrument as sewing/cutting mechanism moves from unengaged position into actuated position.
EFFECT: novel surgical cutting apparatus is claimed.
