SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgical apparatus for application in connection with pneumatically driven instrument contains sewing/cutting mechanism. Sewing/cutting mechanism can be transferred between unengaged position and actuated position. In different versions of implementation drive system is connected with possibility of functioning with pneumatically driven instrument and is made with possibility of selective transmission of, at least, sewing/cutting movement, generated by drive system, to sewing/cutting mechanism of pneumatically driven instrument, in order to force movement of sewing/cutting mechanism from unengaged position into actuated position in response to gas flow from gas source, connected with said drive system in pneumohydraulic way. Withdrawing element is connected to drive system to make possible transmission of created Withdrawing movement into said drive system for manual transfer of sewing/cutting mechanism in distal direction from actuated position into unengaged position.
EFFECT: claimed is novel construction of surgical apparatus.
