FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: pressure is dropped in insulated pipeline through which there passes flow of hot iron of direct reduction. Upon pressure drop the flow of hot iron of direct reduction is divided at least in two flows of hot iron of direct reduction. Also, the first flow of hot iron of direct reduction is continuously directed into installation for hot briquetting under effect of gravity force in the first closed pipeline system. The second flow of hot iron of direct reduction is continuously directed into a neighbour melting furnace according to one of versions: under gravity force in the second closed pipeline system and by means of combined gravity force in the second closed pipeline system and in essence a horizontal loading conveyer.
EFFECT: supply of hot iron of direct reduction simultaneously to several consumers at reduced losses of heat and facilitation of iron transfer under continuous and controlled mode.
