FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: composite structure material consists of metal matrix, of powder additive corresponding to inter-metallide, steel or alloy, and nano-disperse powder corresponding to thermo-dynamic stable oxides, carbides, nitrides and borides of metals and/or non-metals resistant to components of structure material. Matrix and reinforcer consist of spherical granules of dimension 5-800 mcm, fraction composition of which is divided into granules from 1 to n-order, where n is general amount of fractions in material. Granules of the 1st order have dimension d1 and make the base of matrix with forming interstices wherein there are located granules of reinforcing additive from the 2nd to (n-1) order. Their dimensions are distributed in correspondence with golden section of descending series of Fibonacci with ratio dn/dn-1 close or equal to 0.62. Non-disperse powder is located in left interstices of the matrix of the least dimension.
EFFECT: high strength, fatigue and heat resistant properties of material, good plasticity, high modulus of elasticity and lasting thermal stability.
