FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: downstream has a bottom board and a fountain element arranged at the outlet of the downstream apron across it and is made in the form of a ledge and/or a wall. The discharge surface of the fountain element is arranged with formation of grooves that alternate in sequence along the length of the fountain and ledges arranged along the whole height of the fountain element. A drain channel adjoins the fountain at the side of the lower reach, the longitudinal axis of which deviates from the longitudinal axis of the fountain to the side of the drain channel coupling with the river, at the same time the condition a>b is maintained, where a - length of projection of the drain side edge of the groove, facing the side of deviation of the longitudinal axis of the drain channel, to the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fountain; b - length of the projection of the second drain side edge of the groove to the plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fountain.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a spillway structure during operation due to direction of water flow during its outlet from the fountain with deviation from the axis of the fountain to the side of drainage channel coupling with the river.
