FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers, in structures for cooling of electronic equipment, thermoelectric cooling devices and (or) thermoelectric generators and other fuel elements in natural and forced convection. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the design of radiator the effect of giant heat release by bodies of sub-millimeter dimensions is used and possibility of heat carrier circulation through all arranged on the basis of parallel to each other fuel elements is provided, at that, elements can be located on one or both surfaces of the base.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of heat emission of radiators, regardless of heat exchange medium.
