SUBSTANCE: traffic light control system has a post 1 on the strip separating traffic on the side of the driver. On the post 1 there is a traffic light control button 2 at a height which enables a goods truck driver to press it without exiting the vehicle. The post 1 can also have a traffic light control button 3 at a height which enables a light vehicle driver to press it. The driver of a goods truck wanting to cross a road with heavy traffic to a road with less traffic drives to the post 1, stops, presses button 2 or 3, waits for a signal from the traffic light and then crosses the road with heavy traffic.
EFFECT: high throughput of roads with heavy traffic.
