FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for confectionary mass deposition and to confectionary products manufacture method. The device for confectionary mass deposition contains at least one outlet channel diverging, towards the outlet, into at least one outlet hole in its longitudinal direction. The installation for confectionary products manufacture has at least one deposition device. In the process of confectionary products manufacture confectionary mass is deposited in the form of at least one strip, with width within the range of 5 - 500 mm and/or thickness within the range of 0.5 - 100 mm.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to perform confectionary mass deposition for confectionary products manufacture.
