SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and represents solid transparent perfume aqueous composition, containing in cosmetically acceptable carrier: a) at least one water phase; and b) from 0.5 to 20 wt % per total composition weight of at least one salt of fatty acid, obtained from fatty acid and base, fatty acid includes linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl chain, which has from 12 to 22 carbon atoms; c) from 0.1 to 10 wt %, in terms per total composition weight, of at least one oxyethylated fatty alcohol of the following formula (I): CH₃ (CH₂)_X-CH₂- {CH₂CH₂OH}_y-OH (I) in which x represents integer larger than 19 and preferably constituting from 20 to 30, y varies from 1 to 20, and d) from 0.5 to 30 wt % in terms per total composition weight, of at least one aromatic substance.

EFFECT: invention ensures homogeneity and/or transparency, which remain stable in time.
