FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing a polymeric complex consisting of 1-isonicotinyl-2-glucosylhydrazone dihydrate (isoglucosyl) and low-molecular chitosan, implies that a pretreated solution of low-molecular chitosan 0.1 wt % (average molecular weight either 3, or 10, or 30 kDa) in filtered water acetic acid 2 wt % is added with isoglucosyl 0.1 wt % at rate 0.2 ml/min in the form of a water solution in the concentration 5 wt %. The prepared system is dispersed by means of a mechanical mixer at speed 200-300 rpm for 5 hours. Then, NaOH solution 0.1n or a water solution of sodium tripolyphosphate in the concentration 0.25 wt % to finish the system to pH=7.5 with hashing for 1 hour. Upon termination of the process, the dispersion is centrifuged at 10000 rpm, and the prepared solid residue is washed out with distilled water and dried at temperature 20°C in vacuum.

EFFECT: extended range of pharmaceutical substances promoting drug localisation in macrophages in treating tuberculosis.
