FIELD: nanotechnology; equipment; power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of transparent materials with metallic conductivity or with semiconductor properties. Distilled water containing pre-formed amorphous microparticles of schungite carbon and spherical gold nanoparticles with size of 10 nm is placed into the flow cell. It is exposed to laser radiation with wave length in infrared range, energy 1 mJ with pulse length 100 ns at pressure up to 5 atm. Obtained carbine chains stabilized with gold nanoparticles have length from 100 to 1000 nm.
EFFECT: method is simple due to absence of use of special atmosphere.
