FIELD: safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic-composite armoured panel and can be used for production of personal protective equipment. Armoured panel comprises a rear multilayer composite substrate and a front shell of anti-ricochet outer layer. Edges of rear substrate are curved along entire perimeter curved in vertical direction of armoured panel. Number of layers of multilayer composite rear substrate ranges from 40 to 60. Inner surface of rear substrate under multilayer composite panel tiles placed an intermediate layer of high-modulus aramid fabric. Between layers of intermediate layer is further placed steel bars of armour steel. Steel strip of armoured panels are placed laterally overlapping transverse joints of ceramic tiles by 10-11 mm, and a ceramic tile armour panels fastened state hydrostatic compression in intermediate layer above steel strips in series, with each subsequent row shift ceramic tiles by half previous row of ceramic tiles.
EFFECT: protection is achieved by increasing efficiency and ensuring specified energy absorption at regional effects on ceramic tile armour panels.
