FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric heating, in particular to heating elements and a method for manufacturing same. Tungsten element has multilayer screens, wherein the layers have the shape of a hollow cylinder, the central layer being a mesh frame with blind cutouts, being a heater and having current conductors at the ends. Each of the current conductors is formed by a cylinder connected by its conical surface to the outer wall of the central cylinder, and the other layers are screens and in their lower part are structurally connected to the central cylinder by a plate which forms the current conductor. Heater is made by selective laser melting in such a way that normal vectors of all conical surfaces of the structure have an angle with the axis of construction of not less than 45°. Method includes slicing 3D model with a breakdown into flat layers of a finite thickness and making a heater with screens in layers by selective laser melting in such a way that the normal vectors of all conical surfaces of the structure have an angle with the construction axis of not less than 45°. Layer-by-layer manufacturing is carried out on a steel substrate with diameter of 50 mm using argon or vacuum as a protective medium, with a given surface scanning speed of 400 mm/s, laser beam power of 350 W, diameter of the laser spot in range of 80–100 mcm, thickness of a single composed layer of 30 mcm, radiation with wavelength of 1070 nm, with laser beam diameter of 80 mcm, using tungsten powder with particle size of 5–25 mcm as the material.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of manufacturing.
