FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry and can be used for operational identification of plantations damaged by insects and monitoring the ecological status of forest. The method includes simultaneous synchronous measurements of forestlands with hyperspectrometre with a spectral resolution of spectrograms ~ 1 nm and a digital camera with a spatial resolution of images ~ 0.3 m / pixel. Quantisation of the measured signals is carried out in the amplitude of the scale of at least 10 bits. As the monitored parameter a product of the integral characteristics of tree canopy normalised relative to the reference values is selected: an average weighted wavelength of the reflected spectrum, the average weighted spatial spectrum Fourier of the image matrix, the area of canopy relief multiplied by the average value of the derivative in range 540-640 nm. The observed parameter is a phenomenological recurrence equation. Derivatives of higher order of recurrence equation are calculated, and the current values of design parameters and their values for the area of sustainable state of tree canopy are compared.
EFFECT: detection of hidden dynamics of forest-pathological processes at an early stage.
