FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to otorhinolaryngology and can be used in surgical management of nasal diseases, particularly deflected nasal septum. The needle comprises a bevel-ended angled tube having a flat handle with a cannula at the end. The tube is angled at 30-45° to its axis. The needle bevel is angled at 1-3° inside from a line drawn through an apex of a needle tip parallel to the needle tube axis. The distance between a plane passing through the needle tip parallel to the needle tube axis and an opposite tube wall is less than 9 mm.
EFFECT: reduced length of the operation with reduced probability of complications by simplifying and quality improvement of visual perichondrium separation with no cartilage damage.
