FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition for general electric equipment comprises an oxidiser, a combustible material, a binding substance and an additive. The oxidiser represents mixed potassium salt and strontium salt in which the content oxidising potassium salt makes 15 wt % inclusive to 20 wt % of total weight of the composition, and the content of oxidising strontium salt makes 48 wt % to 52 wt % inclusive of total weight of the composition. In the fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition, an average particle diameter of all components is less than or equal to 50 mcm. After fire extinguishing in a space with general electric equipment, the fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition can provide isolation resistance of general electric equipment within the range 20 MOhm to 100 MOhm.
EFFECT: fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition is more acceptable, ecologically safe and applicable for general electric equipment.
