FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition for high-current electric equipment comprises an oxidiser, a combustible material, a binding substance and an additive. The oxidiser represents mixed potassium and strontium salts. the content of oxidising potassium salt in the oxidiser makes 20 wt % inclusive to 35 wt % of total weight of the composition, and the content of oxidising strontium salt makes 30 wt % inclusive to 48 wt % of total weight of the composition. An average particle diameter of all components of the fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition is less than or equal to 50 mcm. After fire extinguishing in a space with high-current electric equipment, the fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition can ensure that isolation resistance of high-current electric equipment more than 20 MOhm.
EFFECT: fire extinguishing aerosol-forming composition is more acceptable, ecologically safe and applicable for high-current electric equipment.
