FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire-extinguishing aerosol composition intended to extinguish fire in a space, where precise electric appliances are located. The composition includes, wt %: a flammable agent 10-25, an adhesive substance 2-20, an additive 2-20 and an oxidant, which represents a mixture of a potassium salt (5-15 wt %) and a strontium salt (52-60 wt %). In the fire-extinguishing aerosol composition according to this invention the average diameter of particles of all components makes less than 50 mcm. Application of the aerosol fire-extinguishing composition according to this invention may guarantee that after fire extinguishing in the space, where a precise electrical appliance is installed, the insulation resistance of the precise electrical appliance will be more or equal to 100 MOhm.

EFFECT: application of an aerosol fire-extinguishing composition according to this invention is more rational compared to application of compositions of available state of the art, compositions are harmless for environment and are applicable for extinguishing of precise electrical appliances.
