FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plane for coating application, in particular, for varnishing of car bodies. The plant comprises a transportation track, along which several objects provided with coating are transported through the coating application plant. The plant also comprises several treatment sections, in which the objects are treated. The transportation track branches into several parallel branches, in every of which there is at least one of treatment sections. There is a central control unit for distribution of objects subject to treatment along different branches of the transportation track depending on at least one parameter that determines the process of coating application. In the method of the coating application plant a parameter is set to determine a varnishing process. Then, depending on the parameter that determines the process, the objects that are provided with a coating are distributed along several parallel branches of the transportation track. In every branch there is at least one treatment section.

EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility of optimal matching of climatic conditions with according individual requirements, simplified commissioning, increased quality of coating and optimised process of coating application.
