FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes anode earthing connector, comparison electrode with potential sensor, at least one conversion module that includes power supply, power amplifier, current sensor and control unit of output signal parameters. Control unit includes the first and the second comparison units. The proposed plant also includes test oscillator having the possibility of controlling output signal parameters, test comparison unit connected to test oscillator; and output voltage sensor connected to test comparison unit. Control unit includes breaker connected between the first and the second comparison units and connected to the test comparison unit. The effect is achieved owing to increasing the fidelity of the object information obtained during investigation of pipeline, shaping of test signal of complicated shape in wide range of frequencies at simultaneous reduction of investigation costs.
EFFECT: increasing diagnostic efficiency of the state of metal structure.
