FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a wind-powered generator, accumulator, pulse amplitude shaping unit, anode bed, reference electrode. The unit is connected with its first input to reference electrode and with its power supply inputs to accumulator outputs, with positive output to anode bed, with the second input and negative output to the protected structure; the unit has locking input and data exchange port. Additionally in the device there is a protector, circuit breaker, resistor, reserve control unit with two outputs and data exchange port, solar battery, the first and second isolating diodes, controller limiting charging rate of the accumulator; at that controller is installed between positive output of the accumulator and interconnected cathodes of the first and second isolating diodes. Anode of the first isolating diode is connected to positive output of wind-powered generator and the second isolating diode is connected to positive output of solar battery. Protector is connected with the first outputs of resistor and circuit breaker, which second output is connected to the second output of the resistor and connected to the protected structure. Reserve control unit is connected with its power supply inputs to outputs of the accumulator, with the first output to control input of circuit breaker, with the second output to locking input and with data exchange port to the data exchange port of pulse amplitude shaping unit.
EFFECT: device allows improvement of reliability for electrochemical protection of pipeline.
