FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by fixing supporting poles, rigid or hinged connection of collar beams and posts in assemblies of frame-rod system. At that, one of the posts is made telescopic by connecting two metal pipes by means of concrete key with the pre-calculated shear force. Then, loading of frame-rod system is performed with the specified design static load through loading devices, thus creating sudden brittle fracture of concrete key and telescopic post - linear communication. Then, measurement of parameters of the created dynamic loading in non-fractured posts and collar beams is made and increments of dynamic forces due to sudden disconnection of linear communication are determined.

EFFECT: increasing structural safety and survivability of structures.
