FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for testing flat multi-layer frame-rod structural systems for survivability, in particular the experimental determination of dynamic additional loads in the elements of the structural system in the event of a sudden shutdown of one of the load-bearing elements. The device includes a frame consisting of columns and crossbars, and a movable hinge-rod mechanism, which contains an upper support plate, to which a shaft is welded through the rods, connected to a bearing clamped in a cage, to which, in turn, an upper support element is welded, connected to the same cage, with a bearing clamped in it and a shaft, to which the lower support element is welded, fixed on the bottom plate similar to the upper support element, as well as a fixed support post for fixing the lower and upper support elements, in the upper zone of which a stud is installed, which is twisted into the lower support element, and a compressed spring located around the stud, the device differs in that the hinge-rod mechanism additionally contains two horizontal rods rigidly fastened to the fixed support column and allowing the lower support element to be held in a strictly vertical position.
EFFECT: improvement of the device for experimental determination of dynamic additional loads in reinforced concrete frame-rod systems, which makes it possible to determine with high accuracy the value of the force in the shutdown element and, accordingly, the dynamic additional load in the remaining undamaged elements of the structural system, the use of a simpler technical solution for convenience and mobility in laboratory tests, reducing labour intensity.
