FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the testing of tensile structural elements of reinforced concrete rod systems. Then measure the amplitude of oscillations of the rebar, determine the time and frequency of oscillation of the reinforcement.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of determining the dynamic parameters in the reinforcement of a reinforced concrete element from the sudden destruction of the fragile component and the redistribution of forces in the core element.
