FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: immovable rack and switched-off central load-bearing racks of the structural system are fixed in the design position, then thereon crossbars are installed and load devices are mounted. The switch-off central rack is made in the form of a hinge-rod mechanism of two vertically disposed hingedly connected bearing elements retained in the design position by a horizontal link which is switched off at a predetermined loading level of the structural system and creates a horizontal force that instantly turns off the central rack from the structural system operation. The device comprises the central rack of the structural system, comprising a hinge-rod mechanism. The device structure comprises the bearing elements, the pin on which the lower bearing element of the hinge-rod mechanism is rigidly fixed; on top of the element there is a plate with a milled hemisphere for the central ball joint into which a metal ball is installed, on which the upper bearing element is attached through the plate similar to the plate, at the top of this element special adjusting bolt is located, on which a support plate having on top a milled hemisphere is installed; a metal ball is mounted on the plate hemisphere, which is covered on top by a support plate, which is brought by means of the adjusting bolt under the lower plane of the crossbar, an immovable rack is installed for fixing the upper and lower bearing hingedly supported rod elements, in the upper area of which a pin is installed, which is screwed into the lower bearing element, retaining it in the vertical position, the coiled spring, which provides elastic fixing of the middle hinge of the mechanism in the project position.

EFFECT: possibility to accurately determine the load at which the bearing element of the tested structural system is switched off, the dynamic addition loading in the elements of the structural system remaining in operation and the switched-off bearing element.
