SUBSTANCE: waffle bodies production method envisages preparation of a waffle having a flat main part (102) and multiple indentation (104) projecting at preset height relative the main part (102). The waffle also has an additional multitude of additional indentations (106) positioned between the said indentations (104) and projecting from the said main part (102) at a height less than that of the indentations (104). The waffle is cut with the indentations (104) separated from the main part (102). The waffle production plate contains complementary semi-plates forming a space for admission of liquid dough that is to form a waffle after baking. The said space contains additional indentations (106) positioned between the indentations (104) and projecting from the main part (102) on the same side as the indentations (104) and at a height that is less than the preset height of the indentations (104).
EFFECT: development of an effective method of waffle bodies production.
