FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in teaching of medical student, as well as for self-observation by people of state of their eyes. Screen for self-observation of eye state contains plate of non-transparent material, into which hole of small diameter is made. In plate several additional holes, which have the shape of a circle or regular polygon, are made. Diameter of circumference or diameter of circumference inscribed into hole is larger or equals 0.1 mm. Diameter of circumference or diameter of described around hole circumference is smaller or equals 0.8 mm. Distance between centres of holes exceeds 4 mm. Holes are located in order of increase of circumference diameter or diameter of inscribed into hole circumference.
EFFECT: obtaining possibility to provide self-observation of eye state in conditions of different illumination and various eye states.
