FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to general surgery, plastic surgery, traumatology, and can be used in the preparation of a recipient wound for free skin plastic surgery with a split autodermotransplant. The concentrations of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin are determined using optical diffusion spectroscopy. Then, the ratio of the concentration of oxyhemoglobin to the concentration of deoxyhemoglobin is calculated and, based on the results, a conclusion is made about the readiness of the receptive wound.
EFFECT: method provides objective control of the condition of the recipient wound before plastic surgery, which contributes to an increase in the area of engraftment of the free autodermograft by determining the ratio of the concentration of oxyhemoglobin to the concentration of deoxyhemoglobin in the wound bed.
