FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutics, to dentistry, namely to a complex based on tin (II) stabilized with phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and/or amorphous calcium fluoride-phosphate (ACFP) for mineralization of dental enamel or dentin. For this purpose, the complex has content of tin (II) ions of at least 1 mole of tin (II) per mole of phosphopeptide. Invention also relates to a method of producing the complex, to an oral care composition containing a complex, to a method for mineralization of dental enamel or dentin. Invention also relates to a method of forming a protective layer associated with tooth enamel or tooth dentin, to use of the complex in preparing a medicinal agent for mineralization of dental enamel or dentin, as well as use of the complex in preparing a medicinal agent for forming a protective layer associated with tooth enamel or tooth dentin, wherein the layer contains calcium and phosphate.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain complexes with anticarcidal properties useful for protecting tooth structures, as they provide tooth remineralisation in caries at early stages, and also have other dental/medical applications, including anti-plaque, erosion/corrosion and dentine hypersensitivity applications.
