SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with pharmaceutical composition and medications for per oral application, which contain bisphosphonate in combination with intensifier of bisphosphonate absorption for improvement of delivery of bisphosphonate through intestine into main blood-circulation. Preferably, intensifier represents fatty acid with medium chain length or derivative of fatty acid with medium chain length, which has length of carbon chain from 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and intensifier is single intensifier of absorption, present in composition, and solid per oral medication represents medication with controlled release, such as medication with delayed release.
EFFECT: obtaining of pharmaceutical composition for improving delivery of bisphosphonate through intestine into main blood-circulation.
