FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to apparatuses for blood circulation stimulation. The apparatus comprises an item setting on a bare skin area, and at least one polariser attached to the item. And the polariser transmits red light and near IR radiation only and transforms this radiation into polarised light, with a degree of polarisation for wave lengths 650 nm - 1300 nm making 74 to 99%.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows normalising the blood values due to using the polariser.
