FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of solid particle from fibrous composite and to core-sand mould to this end. In compliance with this invention, multiple cores are made in core-sand mould. Cores form the inner surface geometry of the part from fibrous composite with fixed spars and ribs, that is, an outer shell. Sais cores are made in core-sand mould by pouring soluble and/or fusible material of cores to ne then hardened. Preforms made of reinforcing fibres are applied on cores to make stiffness elements. Rods are arranged to form a general structure. Rods are coated by semi-finished products in the form of web to create outer shell. Said general structure is placed in closed forming means and impregnated with cured plastic material to be hardened to form a finished part at pressure and/or temperature application. Rods are withdrawn by either heating and/or solvent so that dissolved or liquefied material flows out from at least one hole premade in the part outer shell.
EFFECT: higher physical and chemical properties.
