FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises steam trap arranged at tank bottom section to accommodate electric heater, electromagnetic shut-off valve, hollow guide rod housing tight electric terminal and circular float with magnet secured thereto. Circular float is arranged to displace axially along said guide rod, while electric terminal is connected in electromagnetic valve supply circuit. Curved grooves are made on circular float face surface, on condensate flow side, arranged lengthwisely from smaller cylindrical surface to greater one. Note here that electromagnetic shut-off valve communicates with opening intended for discharging accumulated mix of condensate products and solid particles. Valve inner surface is made from composite metal. Note also that composite metal material on condensation products side features hat conductivity 2.0-2.5 times higher than that of material on the side plug that stops steam trap casing.
EFFECT: perfected pneumatic system.
