SUBSTANCE: method of product packaging into a wrapper comprises the first sheet of plastically deformable material and the second sheet of wrapping material with resilience. At the same time the first and the second sheet are laid onto product, forming a part on the second sheet that wraps the product, and a part facing the first sheet, and the first sheet and a part of the second sheet that faces it are joined, to produce a plastically deformable composite sheet material by means of connection. Then the composite material is formed to produce the product wrapper. The package with the product in the form of a wrapper from sheet wrapping material comprises the first sheet of plastically deformable material and the second sheet of wrapping material with resilience. The second sheet has a part that wraps the product and a part that faces the first sheet. Besides, the first sheet and a part of the second sheet that faces the sheet are joined to form a plastically deformable composite sheet material formed to provide wrapping.

EFFECT: extended shelf life of the product due to higher extent of package tightness.
