FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for cleaning burning device and flue duct network of aluminium electrolyser consists in removal of solid products of combustion into system of controlled suction with pulses created with compressed air passing through nozzles. Compressed air is supplied with pulses through tangential nozzles arranged in the burning device at angle of 36-48° in the direction to axis of flow. Also, a pulse of compressed air coming to the burning device advances a pulse of compressed air supplied into the flue duct network at 1-5 sec.
EFFECT: increased intensity of mixing and increased efficiency of after-burning combustible components of anode gas; elimination of dust particles from gas flow sedimentation in burning device and flue duct network due to purposive supply of compressed air through tangential nozzles in the burning device and flue duct network.
