FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The buttery cream includes dairy butter, whole condensed milk with sugar, sugar powder, vanilla powder, cognac and a suspension consisting of 1.5% of ethyl alcohol, 50% of activated powdered chalk with 8-12 mcm particle size and 48.5% of water at the following content of initial components, wt %: dairy butter - 51.4, sugar powder - 28.0, vanilla powder - 0.5, cognac - 0.1, suspension - 1.68-2.8 and whole condensed milk with sugar- balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with extended storage life and enhanced antioxidant capability.
