FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feeding meal for farm animals and birds feeding. The soya feeding meal for farm animals and birds contains mealed soya seeds, an enzyme preparation with cellulolytic activity, an enzyme preparation with proteolytic activity, an antioxidant and has the following formula, wt %: enzyme preparations (total) - 0.5-3, antioxidant - green tea or refined peat fractions -3-5, soya - balance. The enzyme preparation with cellulolytic activity is represented by CelloLux F with activity equal to 2000 units/g or Celloviridin GZKh with activity equal to 2000 units/g; the enzyme preparation with proteolytic activity is represented by Protosubtilin GZKh with activity equal to 70 units/g. The method for production of feeding meal for farm animals and birds involves soya seeds milling into particles sized 1.0-3.0 mm, meal mixing with enzyme preparation with cellulolytic and proteolytic activity and addition of antioxidant in the form of green tea or refined peat fractions. The produced mixture is subjected to mechanochemical treatment in an activator represented by flow ball vibro-centrifugal, centrifugal ellipse and centrifugal roll crushers ensuring grinding bodies acceleration equal to 60-200 m/s2, time of maintenance within the treatment zone being 0.5-2.5 min.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to produce feed means with enhanced bioavailability of water-soluble substances, ensure more complete fodder digestibility and increase gain in weight.
