Transvaginal ultrasound of the myometrium is performed. In the absence of structural changes, the myometrium thin area is detected along the line of the cicatrical tissue. Determine the index "I" – the ratio of the thickness of the least thin area of the cicatrical tissue and the myometrium of the posterior wall of the uterus in the same scanning plane. When the value of the "I" index is equal to 0.44 and more, the cicatrical tissue is regarded as a full-rated one. If the value of the "I" index is less than 0.44, the cicatrical tissue is regarded as inadequate.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the accuracy and objectivity of assessing the condition of the uterine scar.
