FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method can be applied in experimental and clinical medicine. Experiment involves median laparotomy. Impedance of parietal peritoneum is measured in six equidistance points of left and six symmetrical points of right vault of abdominal cavity in inward direction towards the spine. Mean indicators for left and right vaults of abdominal cavity and total mean impedance of parietal peritoneum are calculated. Rate K equal to ratio of minimum mean impedance of parietal peritoneum at one side to maximum mean impedance of parietal peritoneum at the opposite side is calculated. Localisation of acute inflammatory destructive focus is determined by K value and total mean impedance of parietal peritoneum.
EFFECT: simple, objective, reliable method of determining localisation of acute inflammatory destructive focus in abdominal cavity, including consequences of mini-invasive manipulations.
