FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to experimental and clinical medicine. In order to diagnose acute inflammatory-destructive process in abdominal cavity in experiment impedance of parietal peritoneum is measured in place of supposed inflammation and symmetric healthy part of body in six equidistant points of the left and six, symmetric to them points of the right half of abdominal cavity. Average values of obtained indices are calculated separately for the right and the left half of abdominal cavity. Value of impedance of isotonic sodium chloride solution is measured. Coefficient K, equal to ratio of smaller average value of parietal peritoneum impedance of one side to value of impedance of isotonic sodium chloride solution, is calculated. If K is smaller than 4, then inflammatory-destructive process takes place in abdominal cavity.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy, objectivity and reliability of diagnostics of inflammatory-destructive process in abdominal cavity.
