FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for forming esophago-colonic anastomosis on neck. Esophagus-colonic anastomosis "end of esophagus to blind muscle" is applied. After the posterior lip of the anastomosis is formed, the end of the small intestine plugged by the stapling apparatus, which is part of the graft, is stitched sequentially with an anterior esophagus lip and an anterior lip of the opening in the large intestine to reduce suture tension along the anterior lip of the anastomosis.
EFFECT: method allows improving reliability of anastomosis.
