FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning wire rod from scale. Plant comprises at least a bed, a working chamber, a screw, a screw drive, an ultrasonic vibration vibrator, bushing installed on bearings with possibility of rotation relative to drawing axis, having recess along circumference, which allows bushing with abrasive powder in it, continuously rotating around rod, contact with vibrator concentrator installed on bearings, closely adjacent to surface of bore of the sleeve, drive of sleeve, contains at least, two working chambers, arranged relative to each other symmetrically relative to vertical axis C of installation with possibility of controlled rotation of bushings with abrasive powder in opposite directions relative to axis of drawing E, screw drive is located on vertical axis C of installation, screws in working chambers are installed with possibility of controlled injection of abrasive powder towards bushings irrespective of direction of movement. Plant can be equipped with several ultrasonic vibrators installed equidistantly to surface of bushings, and it allows to perform cleaning of more than one wire line simultaneously.

EFFECT: device increases efficiency and increases quality of cleaning.
