SUBSTANCE: device includes anode in the form of plate with holes, chamber formed by anode plate with holes and surface of treated product - cathode and chamber formed by anode plate and metal cover serving as the second anode. Metal cover is equipped with union and hole for electrolyte supply to chamber, sealing frame made of non-conductive or dielectric material separating surface of the product - cathode and anode plate with holes. Surface of anode plate with holes from side of electrolyte free stream and surface of holes is covered by non-conductive or dielectric material.
EFFECT: removal of metal deposit at the device anode, increase in efficiency of electrolyte-plasma treatment and prevention of anode destruction.
