FIELD: plasma technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plasma technology for electrolyte-plasma processing of products of a complex shape containing elongated and curved cavities of small diameter, including those manufactured using additive technologies. A method includes immersion of the processed product - an anode fixed on conductive wire into a container with an electrolyte that is simultaneously a cathode, voltage supply to electrodes, ignition of a discharge between them, while the discharge voltage is set as U ≥ 100 V, the discharge current is in the range of 0.015 ≤ I ≤ 250 A, and the time of processing of the product is at least 15 s, while a mixture of non-combustible gas in the form of carbon dioxide and an organic conductive additive in the form of acetic acid in the amount of 0.5-50.0% of the gas mass is used as the electrolyte, and the discharge is ignited at a temperature of (1.01-3.0)Tcr and pressure (1.01-6.0) Pcr, where Tcr and Pcr are temperature and pressure of formation of a supercritical phase of the initial mixture.
EFFECT: reducing the degree of roughness of external and internal surfaces of parts.
