SUBSTANCE: in thermal vacuum item treatment unit including heat-insulated base, shape-forming element, heating system, heat-insulating device of heated volume, heating control system, vacuum system with main lines connected to vacuum pump and tight cover; at that, shape-forming element is divided into segments; heating system is made in the form of heating elements and temperature transmitters installed on each segment on outer side of shape-forming element; at that, temperature transmitters are installed directly on the treated item, and heat-insulating device is made in the form of detachable cover with heat insulation elements on the base.

EFFECT: shortening heat treatment cycle of an item and increasing use coefficient of working space and heating equipment.
