FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: automated system for products manufacturing out of polymer composite materials includes station for neutral gas-heating medium production and compression with pipeline, accumulating unit of neutral gas connected to control system, heat insulated vessel of autoclave with tightly covered lid, inside it support platform is secured to arrange the formed product with forming element, process package and tight case, heating system connected to the control system, devices for guided movement of the gaseous medium in form of thin wall circulating screen and fan built-in bottom part of the autoclave vessel and connected to the control system, and recirculating system of air-water cooling connected to the control system and made in form of the pneumatic system. It has vacuum station with exhaust pipeline and condensers for volatile products of chemical reactions gathering and removal, connected to the tight case and to control system, system of preliminary blowing by inert gas of autoclave vessel, system of air blowing of autoclave vessel and receiver vessels of neutral gas accumulating unit, also connected to the control system.
EFFECT: effective automatic and safe modes of products forming, mainly out of polymer composites, with minimum gradients in wide range of temperatures and pressures not from set values, in neutral gas, for example, nitrogen with minimum consumption of power resources and production space.
