FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises rectangular dielectric plate fitted in flat dielectric case. Dielectric plate length equals tube ID. Printed electrodes are arranged on plate opposite surfaces all along its length, said electrodes being made up of two terminal strips fitted one into another and provided with rectangular teeth directed along plate length. Said printed electrodes are connected by conductors through dielectric plate thickness while printed electrode contours are aligned.
EFFECT: expanded applications, higher accuracy.
