FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: multi-core fibre is obtained by insertion of many optical fibres into the mounting element and integration by heating. At that, mounting element is a capillary tube with many holes and it is made from the material that has melting point which is lower than melting point of optical fibres which are inserted into the holes made in the mounting element. Some part of capillary tube with many holes is swaged for formation of swaged section. Capillary tube with many holes and optic fibres are integrated in the swaged section.

EFFECT: improving characteristics and reducing the deformation of optic fibres.
