FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of niobium-titanic alloy that insulates oxidation coating includes treatment of foil web by alternate asymmetric power current in 30-40% of aqueous solution of sulphur and hydrochloric acid mix in ratio 1:1 at current density of 6-8 A/dm and ratio of anodic current amplitude to cathode current within range of 7-11 at equal length of half-periods and voltage of 400 V for anodic oxide films formation with drawing of foil web through electrolyte with limited time for treatment of up to 2 minutes.
EFFECT: method allows improvement of electric strength and plasticity of anodic oxidation films at superconducting titanic alloys.
